At Hunt Bike Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance wheelset. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 60-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Wheels

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all accessories like valves, skewers, and spare spokes are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Hunt HQ

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
