For in-stock wheelsets, we typically dispatch within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your global location via tracked courier services.
Do HUNT wheels come with a warranty?
Yes, all our wheels are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer H-CARE crash replacement for original owners on select carbon models.
Are your wheels tubeless-ready out of the box?
Absolutely. All HUNT wheels arrive pre-taped and include tubeless valves, making it easy for you to set them up with your favorite tubeless tires immediately.
Which freehub body do I need for my drivetrain?
We offer options for Shimano/SRAM 8-11 speed, SRAM XDR, and Campagnolo. You can select your specific freehub requirement on the product page before adding to your cart.
What is your return policy if the wheels don't fit my bike?
We offer a 60-day ride and return period. If you are not completely satisfied or have fitment issues, you can return the wheels in a clean, resalable condition for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping and include duties?
We ship worldwide. For many regions, including the USA and EU, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning all taxes and duties are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
